General information
The IBP will store your Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes defined below.
Please read all points of our policy, terms, and conditions of purchase carefully.
1. The credential for this event is personal and non-transferable, provided that its acceptance does not violate your organization's rules or internal policies.
2. Included in the event registration: participation in the entire conference program, two coffee breaks per day, and a participation certificate. All other costs associated with attending the event (additional food options, transportation, parking, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the participant.
3. Payment methods: bank slip or credit card in up to 6 interest-free installments. In the week leading up to the event, only the Credit Card option will be available for payment. For purchases via invoicing, we accept orders from legal entities for a minimum of 5 (five) registrations, with a request deadline of up to 20 (twenty) calendar days before the event start date. 4. Registration cancellation: Requests for registration cancellation and refunds will be accepted if made within 7 days of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be processed. When applicable, the refund will be issued within 30 to 60 days after the cancellation request. To request a registration cancellation, send an email to eventos@ibp.org.br. For purchases made less than 7 (seven) days before the event, tickets can only be canceled up to 4 days before the event.
5. The electronic invoice (NF-e) for ticket purchases will be issued within 30 (thirty) days after the payment date and will be available in the customer's logged-in area under "orders."
6. If you have a discount or complimentary coupon, you may apply it immediately after filling in your personal details.
7. Can the due date of the bank slip be changed? The due date of the bank slip, which is three business days*, cannot be changed. If your bank slip has expired and you were unable to make the payment, you will need to make a new purchase and generate a new bank slip within the current batch. The expired bank slip will be automatically canceled.
8. Participant change: To change the participant's name, send an email to eventos@ibp.org.br with the change request by May 9, 2025. Badge swapping is strictly prohibited.
9. Certificate: The participation certificate will be issued after the event and will be available in the participant’s logged-in area.
